- Authentication Data: We use Firebase Authentication to securely manage user accounts, including login credentials (email and password).
We do not collect any more information than is necessary to support your filing and communication with the Florida Department of Education (FLDOE) and relevant school districts.

- Filing complaints to the FLDOE and applicable school districts.
- Assisting with the preparation, submission, and tracking of your complaint.
