$49 Expert Review Service Refund Policy
- Full Refund: You may request a full refund within 3 days of purchase, provided that the expert review of your complaint has not been completed.
- No Refund: Once the expert review has been completed and feedback provided, no refunds will be issued, as the service has been fully rendered.
$199 Full Expert Support Refund Policy
Our full support includes attending calls with the Florida Department of Education (FLDOE), responding to emails, and providing ongoing assistance throughout the complaint process, which can take up to 60 days. Refunds are based on the amount of service provided.
- Full Refund (Initial Period): You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that no significant interaction or service (e.g., attending a meeting with the FLDOE or providing responses to emails) has occurred.
- 50% Refund (Active Support Period): If we have attended a meeting with the FLDOE or begun providing substantial support (e.g., responding to emails or assisting with other complaint-related communications), you may request a 50% refund within 30 days of purchase.
- No Refund (Ongoing Support Period): Once 30 days have passed, or if we have provided extensive support (e.g., attended multiple meetings or handled significant email communications), no refunds will be issued, as the service has been substantially completed.
