  • Upload genuine and authentic documents; do not submit altered or fabricated records
  • Use the platform only for lawful and legitimate purposes

4. Accuracy of Information

Our Tax Experts team prepares your ITR with professional care. However, the accuracy of your Income Tax Return depends on the information and documents you provide. Friendly Filing is not liable for errors arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading data submitted by the client.

5. Payment Terms

All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Payments are securely processed through Razorpay, a trusted PCI-DSS compliant gateway. Plans are valid for one financial year of ITR filing only.

6. Refund Policy

For details about refunds and cancellations, please see our Refund Policy. Refunds are subject to the stage of service completion.

7. Confidentiality

We strictly maintain the confidentiality of all client information following ICAI guidelines and our Privacy Policy. Your financial and tax data is never sold, shared, or disclosed to unauthorized parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

Friendly Filing's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or delays caused by the Income Tax Department's systems or third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Friendly Filing and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

Friendly Filing reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our ITR filing services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
